Talonda is the founder and Principal Broker of The People's Real Estate Group. She has been in the real estate industry for over 14 years, and has acted as a Broker for 6 years. She has a passion for helping families find solutions that fit their needs in every way. She is a Lexington, TN native, and has resided in Medina, TN for the last 15 years with her family. Real Estate has always been her dream career, and she loves using her knowledge to tackle any issues that may come up in a demanding market. She attended Tennessee State University, and went on to pursue her real estate career. Talonda has brokered two previous real estate firms in Jackson, and she carries the knowledge and experience to help you through the process step by step. She has been a multi-million dollar producer, a top producer, and she continues to set the bar in today's market. Karen has been an active member of her community for 25+ years, and she is so excited to be turning her local focus toward a career in real estate. Karen brings 15 years of experience in sales, excellent customer service and 10+ years of mortgage lending experience. Karen is an MBA graduate of Union University McAfee School of Business and proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. With a sense of understanding of the unique challenges with getting pre-approved for a home as well as with legal documentation, she will work hard to ensure the process is as seamless as possible.
